Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Crystal Finish Glass Paint is a flammable liquid. We do not accept returns of paint, including unopened containers. Please do not ship paint back to us unless we have given you specific instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email crystalfinishglasspaints@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

To request cancellation, email us before your order ships. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and give you the option to cancel for a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
